I had a baby last year. I suffer from hypertension and have gained an extra 35 (through the pregnancy) that I now can’t get off. I have been trying different diets that don’t work or that are higher in sodium than what I need. I am getting frustrated with it. Please tell me some ideas (or foods) that I can try to lose the extra weight. I would appreciate any advice, web links that might help, or things that have worked for you personally.
