Don’t forget to exercise as well as changing your diet. A little aerobic exercise will raise your BP as you work out, but it will help lower it afterward.

applying numbers to humans well is just not fair
Your going for a required test and in your effort to pass you know your numbers…
B.P. jumps (* you can not even test your self with out the pressure – stress* )
Look I also test myself I know my cuff causes me an ache in my arm WHAM BP is 160 / 90..
one time I checked and i was 130 /70
MY opinion BP numbers are never a reliable source except in a lie detector test
BTW never accept the new electronic contraptions..
cuff and stethoscope only because it is a matter of human reliability
The Tech hears nothing- – release the pressure – - and they hear nothing- – - you got high and low now the pulse rate count never accept a count to 15 seconds pulses and multiply by 4
( Of course you know your in conflict)
BUT always ask for the numbers.
I was told our BP should be 100 plus our age (like that is accurate ) and half that for diastolic
How insane
If you job is on the line remember Lawyer
