My feet are cold,my toes are a funny color and swollen, and also itchy? Diabetes possibly? Please read?

Does this have something to do with diabetes?

My toes are like a purple ish color and swollen, especially my piggy toes. The rest of my feet are like a greyish-skin color ish kind of color….They are also cold, and so are my hands. I haven’t been diagnosed with diabetes, but…just wondering? I’m kind of worried.

Hello !
According to your description, it seems that you are having Raynaud’s phenomenon, which is a vascular condition. you have to see a doctor to confirm it. You need to keep your feet warm.
If you have any risk factors of developing diabetes, you better get yourself checked. Have a Fasting Blood Sugar level tested, and you will know if you are a diabetic or not.

Feel free to ask if you have any further query.

Regards,
Dr. Zeeshan Chattha
