I have already lost 2 and a half stone, throught healthy eating and exercise but still have high blood pressure. I am reluctant to take tablets for it as it means i will be on it for life. Any herbal remedies or advice would be appreciated

i had a 24hr blood pressure monitor done and the dr said they only got 4 good readings. the machine was malfunctioning almost every time it went off. it was supposed to go off every 30 min, so that would mean there should be around 48 readings. the lab that did this said i will not have to re-do it. my dr ordered a 24 hr monitor for a reason, to monitor my bp throughout the whole day. 4 readings are not accurate enough. should i demand to re-do the test??

Well, it’s not literally bruised, but I can feel the heat and I can’t hold stuff very long.. I’ve been checking my blood pressure monitor like 10 times a day because I am obsessed with my numbers..
