I recently took my blood pressure and was absolutely shocked, I got a reading of 158/89. I bought an auto blood pressure monitor and have been taking it regularly, and still similar results.

I am a 17 year old boy, and weigh about 120 pounds. The biggest mystery to me is I am a cross country varsity runner with great times.

I’ve monitored my blood pressure for the past two days. Yesterday it was 127/74. This morning it was 111/57. This evening it was 119/68. Is that much changing normal? Is it even significant?
