ok i just started on my new treadmill i was wondering what should my target blood pressure/pulse be.it told me in the book it its in % so i didnt understand it i weight 350lbs,5′10 & im 27 thx.

To calculate your predicted maximum heart rate (pulse), use this formula: 220 minus your age equals Predicted Maximum Heart Rate (pulse). Your target maximum heart rate zone (pulse) is supposed to be 60-80% of your maximum heart rate. Stop exercising if your heart rate during the activity exceeds your target heart rate because this increases both cardiovascular and orthopedic risk and does not add any extra benefit.
