I have a feeling I may be a diabetic. I have not seen the Dr. yet but I have bought a home testing kit from the drug store and my range is around 132 before breakfast and 170 about an hour after dinner. Does anyone have more info on these kits and my results. I have tested for three days.

What level suggests prediabetes?

A normal random blood sugar level hasn’t been clearly defined. However, even if you’ve recently eaten and your blood sugar level is at its peak, your random blood sugar level shouldn’t be higher than 200 mg/dL.

What level suggests prediabetes?
If your random blood sugar level is higher than 140 mg/dL but lower than 200 mg/dL, you may have prediabetes.
