I need to monitor my blood pressure at home, and would like to know if it’s possible to buy a professional quality automatic BP cuff even if it costs several hundred dollars. 1 tsp. soy sauce
3 oz. French fried onion rings
2 (1 lb.) cans french style green beans, cooked and drained

In a quart casserole stir soup and soy sauce until smooth. Mix in half the onions, all beans and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until bubbling. Top with remaining onions. Bake 5 more minutes. Calories 1 serving = 104.
